This Mutual Defense Pact, has been formed on 7/26/10, between The Phiosophers( http://www.cybernations.net/stats_alliance_stats_custom.asp?Alliance=The+Philosophers ), ST Alliance( http://www.cybernations.net/stats_alliance_stats_custom.asp?Alliance=ST+Alliance ), and the Alliance of peple who hate jeffl ( http://www.cybernations.net/stats_alliance_stats_custom.asp?Alliance=Alliance+of+people+who+hate+jeffl) . By joining this bloc, each "Member Alliance" agrees to help out one another against foriegn advisaries, to the best of their abilities.

The terms of this Mutual Defense Pact can be changed if change seems necesary.
